Overview
We’re looking for a motion designer to transform an existing luxury product PDF into a looping, silent (or near-silent) exhibition video.
The video will play continuously on 50–55 inch vertical screens at an exhibition stand and should feel calm, premium, and architectural, not salesy or over-animated.
Assets available
1 x branded PDF (attached) containing:
High-quality lifestyle imagery
Typography, layout, and brand messaging
No existing video or animated assets
No audio assets
The PDF and its imagery are the only source material.
Brand & tone
The product (Vitro) is positioned as:
Premium, bespoke, quietly confident
Calm, refined, architectural
Focused on light, materiality, movement, and detail
The motion should reflect this:
Subtle, slow, and elegant
Minimal transitions
No gimmicks, fast cuts, or obvious “template” effects
Think luxury interiors / high-end design showroom, not consumer advertising.
What we’re looking to create
A 1.5–3 minute looping video that:
Works seamlessly on repeat (no obvious start/end)
Is designed specifically for vertical orientation (9:16)
Gently brings static imagery to life through motion
Suggested motion approaches (open to recommendation):
Slow pans and pushes into imagery (Ken Burns–style, but refined)
Gentle parallax to add depth
Soft fades, masked reveals, or vertical wipes
Subtle text reveals using existing copy (optional and minimal)
Occasional slow cross-dissolves between scenes
Do NOT include:
Loud or dramatic animations
Overly complex motion graphics
Stock footage, icons, or added visual elements
Anything that clashes with a calm exhibition environment
Output requirements
Format: MP4 or MOV
Resolution: Suitable for 4K vertical screens
Aspect ratio: 9:16 (vertical)
Loop-friendly export (clean transitions)
Deliverables
1 final looping video
1 round of amends included
Source file preferred (After Effects / Premiere / similar)

Your 36 page pdf is just 3.8mb meaning the images contained within are heavily compressed and low resolution not suitable for high quality 4K video, do you have the picture assets in another high quality format?
