Convert a PowerPoint to Video

We have created a PowerPoint presentation with 14 slides. Need a video professional to take the PowerPoint, add animations, combine with a narration and music track and render into a 8 to 10 minute video to be used at a company meeting.

Looks like I need to clarify the term 'animations' - the graphic work is already complete, no design work is necessary. IN PowerPoint, animations include moving or revealing text, short simple graphics that may adopt a movement. Transitions. We don't need any characters created or graphic design work. Simply sync the slides with the narration, use PowerPoint or your video edit program to introduce transitions and render it. There will likely be one set of revisions once the client sees what we have, because clients always do that. Thank you, and I apologize if anyone misunderstood my instructions.
