Compile video clips into one 15 min (approx) video

We have 3 video clips that need to be compiled into one video clip, and to sync the audio which was produced using an external mic.

Total finished length of the video will be approx 15mins in length.

Video order:
• MVI-7631 - start to end
• Audio: DR0000_0013

• 7632: End at about 2:58
• Audio: DR0000_0013

• 7629: Start at about: 0:05
• Audio: DR0000_0012 - starts about 9:54

More:
Video's 7631 & 7632 are seamless - no transition needed.
Other video edit will need a fade transition or similar.
No other editing required.

Please provide estimate of time / cost?
