Client testimonials video editing

I work freelance for a window and door company in Spain.

We are a pretty forward thinking company who have done a lot with our website and other marketing media. We have a few videos on our website. However I am looking to collect weekly footage from installations and clients and want to put together some great short videos. Both as testimonials and showing installations.

Initially I have several videos of two really happy clients, all taken rawly and roughly using a camera and iPhone. I need the best bits putting together. They are quite long and probably badly taken, but contain some great comments made by clients, about the benefits of the installation. I want an expert to listen to them, cut them and produce something shorter with the good comments in. I have 6/7 short videos for 2 clients to start with.

I am looking for someone to help me initially and deal with work on a regular basis.
