CGI animated ident required

I'm in the process of producing promotional videos for my business and to make them look truly professional I need to 'top' and 'tail' them with my business logo. I'm thinking of giving it a bit of animation, but probably no more than a few seconds.
This is all new to me so I've no idea what format you need a logo provided in to do the job.

I've updated the proposal to include a couple of JPG versions of my logo.

I've seen some examples of animated work on PPH and just to give you a better brief, I don't want nuclear missiles exploding on the screen, robots or minions. Nothing over the top or overly elaborate. I specialise in fun, stylish wedding entertainment so it needs to reflect this with some suitable music/sound. I hope that helps.
