Brand 13 short videos with slides at the beginning and end

I have 13 short videos ranging from 1 - 5 minutes in duration

I would like someone to replicate the beginning, and end, you can see on this video https://youtu.be/WK-1ObQYdg0 - and apply to the 13 videos. If you can also replicate the laptop effect too, then that would be a bonus.

The music used is this - https://elements.envato.com/fashion-summer-pop-K4AL2W6 but i dont own a copy of it.

I would like to have a copy of the template once you are done so we have a copy archived to ensure our video content efforts at futureproofed (to save us paying to have it created again.)

As I said we have 13 to do at the moment so need a fixed price for all 13 including the template. (Please dont just quote my budget - would appreciate a proper considered quote since this is a longterm supplier we are seeking.)

See Example video attached - I have 8 of these. Then I also have 5 short monlogues filmed on zoom.
If it is possible to tinker with the sound and picture quality too, great.

Then can you also let me know how much it would be per video thereafter (or for a batch of three at a time, if that makes it more cost-effective). I foresee there being about 40 short videos to format for us on an annual basis so someone we can build a longterm, trusting relationship with, would be great too.
