Birthday Video Editing

I would like a video to be made using all video message clips. I would like smooth transitions. No clips to be cut short. All audio in videos to be clearly heard. I would like music in the background however if there is music on the clips then the background music should be muted. Need this completed asap for Wednesday and to a high quality standard. I would like it be be a fun video as it’s a enjoyable birthday video for my family member.
