Awards Videos animation production

Need videos for awards.
1. Introduction video of up to 100 seconds
2. 10 x videos for each Award Category, of approx 9 seconds each
3. Closing video 20s

Create from template, similar to examples shared below, each with suitable audio.

Need to use a different template this time. Please provide recommendations in your response.

Issues with previous provider that need addressing:
a. audio distorts and doesn't fade in and out well
b. Industry video clips need to be much better (representing professions, sectors)
c. General improvement and more spophisticated
