Animation for Website

Hello,

We would like to create an animation for one of our websites. The animation will be similar to that found at the top of this page www.primer.io (Please note this is just for reference and not our website)

We have a designer to create the individual SVG files for each of the logos
We however need support to compile the svg files as one single animation, possibly using CSS and html, which we can then place on our website.
There will be approximately 15 files :)

We are not looking to create a video :) but a responsive animation, which loads and plays when the site loads.

We would really appreciate a quote to create the animation, possibly using css and html. As mentioned, we will send you the individual, animated svg files.

The cost included is just a guideline.
