Animated Illustrations for Wedding Video

This is for a wedding video. I want to animate the vector dogs (attached) to introduce the "section" of the video really quickly. I have the PSD's of these dogs.

These short animated videos will happen for each "chapter." Each scene is probably 5-10 seconds of animation.

This is NOT a commercial project, its private, so you can re-use any templates, graphics, designs or source material on the internet if it makes it faster! I would strongly prefer that you can make the dogs animate to "mouth the words" to the songs but let me know if you can't.
