1 I would like a video to d=begin with the diaphragm of the lungs

2 parts of the diaphragm should be labelled in sequence, showing also where different types of herniaa occur

3 then the diaphragm should show a hernia on the anterior right side close to the 8th and 9th ribs

4 then the transverse colon and omentum should enter this hernia pushing up the right lung

5 then the colon gets trapped and a small part ruptures -- contaminating the colon with feces
