An animated video - story

I am looking to do an animated video for a friend's suprise birthday present.

I would like to work with someone who can use animation based on pictures that I give you of myself and my friend. I need this to be of high quality, and to incorporate my voice-over. Also, for it to possibly incorporate video clips from other friends.

In terms of length of video, I wouldn't be looking for more than 5 minutes
