Adding Text Animations to social media videos

I want to create 5-10 vidoes like this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o58SnKXRe7c . If I provide the raw footage and script, I want someone to add the text animations, emphasising the important words and synch it back to the raw footage, ideally using PremierPro or Canva, and then let me have the project files and well as the final edit back so that if I want to make any further changes I can do it easily myself.
