About a 1 minute video

I have a script and need someone to create a professional animated video to show what the script is describing. The script is attached. I am imagining animated figures for the people, with more people under each of them, with typography going across the screen to show numbers and dollars with lots of dollars raining down at one point of the video. If possible, a voice over would be idea as well.

I want to know how long it will take you to deliver if your offer is accepted.
