A professional corporate animation - with opening/closing sequences

Bloxx is a leading provider of web filer technology to the Education, Corporate and Government sectors. The company is developing video content and is looking to create a 3 minutes branded video - with the cost of a voiceover added onto the price?

Additonally we require an opening and closing sequence to top and tail this video - this sequence will also be used for other existing videos we have.

We are looking for an impactful approach, but still needs to be subtle and professional, not gimmicky.
The company’s core brand values are Performance, Know How and Guardianship
