60 seconds animation video

I need an animated demo video that lasts for approximately 60 seconds.

We will provide a manuscript and ideas for scenes. We also have some characters that have to be used in the movies. Can you do this with characters in an SvG format? Se example of a similar demo video of ours: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CqGK-XmBWWY

We need the freelancer to provide an animated demo video that includes for example voice-over in American English, effects, and background image. We want the video to include soft background music and subtitles in English.

Delivery: we want to have the opportunity for two revisions. And we want the final video to be delivered in an mp4 file so we can upload it on the YouTube file and the source file.
