2D coloured Animation explainer video

I need four 2D coloured animation explainer videos that must be translated in a second phase into minimum 30 different languages, professional voice over. If you cannot deliver the voice overs in different languages, please don't contact me. I provide the ideas for the drawings in detail, following exactly my scripts. If you cannot follow my drawings, then please don't contact me. I also provide the scripts and later on the translations of those scripts. It's about an explanation of a specific mobile app to a Customer and a Merchant, and it's working worldwide, that's why I need all the languages.
