2D character animation

We're looking for an experienced 2D animator. The task will involve creating animations identical in style to what we've created so far: https://vimeo.com/71061158. You don't have to be able to draw - we will supply illustrations and other assets including audio files, script, storyboards and stills drawn in layers in photoshop (drawings of characters, coloured backgrounds and lips).

The important thing is that you are able to emulate our style (because we have several animators working on the same project). In terms of technical ability: you must be able to rig-up puppets that can be reused in many scenes, using auto lip sync, and creating composite movements (e.g. eyes and mouth moving together). You must be a fluent and strong communicator. You take pride in your ability to interpret a script present the subtlety of human emotions in animation (i.e. facial expressions). You have a high attention to detail. You use Photoshop and After Effects (not Flash).
