1min video edit

Hi, I'm looking to make a video edit for a friend's birthday. I'm looking for someone who can use photos and some small amounts of footage I have and edit them to 60secs of a particular music track for me.

The track goes from slow pace to very fast so there would initially be a photo/footage shot every 1-2 seconds or so, speeding up to roughly 2 shots per second as the pace increases.
