Video Script for a Marketing Campaign Video in the Caribbean

I have a very quick project which needs doing in the next couple of days which involves creating a 2-3 minute script for a marketing campaign video. The campaign is directed towards Businesses and facilities managers of public buildings in Barbados, and the rest of the Caribbean. The actual videography will be done in Barbados, so this task is only to create the script ready for them.

The script needs to be tied into the copywriting on the webpage/landing page which is almost designed, making sure it is eyecatching & engaging for several audiences, with a couple of CTAs in the video for different personas.
