Video for website

Hello All,

We are looking for someone to design a video for our website:

We are a Security Services company based in Colombia, operating in Latin America. We would like the short video (30 - 60 seconds maximum) to portray how the company was formed and the services we provide. I have attached a word document with a chronological order of the video contents. We would like the video to have a slight comedy value but not too much.
