Video / Audio Editing

I have seven video clips of a guide for using different sections of a piece of software. I also have seven corresponding audio clips. I need someone to overlay the audio onto the video but also edit the video so the audio is in the correct place, now and then the audio is a little too fast for the video etc.

The videos are between 2-5 minutes long and the audio clips are between 1 - 4 minutes long.
