Transcript English audio files

to clarify my offer, sorry if I created misunderstandings:

English transcripts for 10 files, every 45-60 minutes.
The 200 budget will not be used as a deposit. I only pay per file, deposit for each file is ok.
The interviews are ongoing, so no batch of files, at once.

I need to transcript audio English files, from recorded interviews.
The length is a maximum of 60 min.
Please quote per hour of recording and not per hour of transcribing !!!
The budget is 200 GBP for a set of interviews, not for one!
