Static & action photography (cycling) iconic dubai locations

Good afternoon

I am visiting Dubai 25th feb to 1st march.

I am hoping to arrange, ideally on the 26th (Sunday) to have some promotional photography done for a new Bike business.

My partners and I have launched a cycling bike brand Evo2Max
We are needing some final iconic images for our website.
I am visiting Dubai with my ‘day job’ for a conference at the World Trade centre. Staying at Crown Plaza Dubai on Sheikh Zayed road

What I would like to do is:

1. I plan to bring 2 bikes a road and racing bike (example pics attached)
2. Suggest a half day ‘shoot’ at various locations – but real Dubai icons – Top of the Burj Al Arab maybe on the heli port!? 
a. I would like us to take some static shots of bikes in iconic Dubai locations as well as ‘action shots’
3. I would also like to take some ‘action shots’ on the Al Quadra cycle track where I am planning on having a go at the ‘bike record’ See link https://www.strava.com/segments/6807781
a. I think this would take approx. 2hrs so suggest we maybe get some action shots at various points and utilise time well i.e.: you would not need be present the whole 2 hours for this part
4. Also attached a ‘racing pic’ of me from California last year as an idea.

Would you be able to suggest an itinerary / cost for the above please?
