Pitman Training: 2-Day Conference & Awards PHOTOGRAPHY CORPORATE

We are looking for a London-based photographer to photograph our annual conference event.
This is taking place on Thurs/Frid 17-18th November at the DoubleTree Hilton, Ealing. My company is called Pitman Training. We have a traditional 2-day conference and a Gala Dinner/Awards on the Thurs evening.

We would like to end up with;
Natural shots throughout the event, capturing the conference vibe
Some head-shots of key members of the team
Pictures of the Presenters
- The digital images from the event. No major edit needed.

I am currently in the process of obtaining quotes.
