Photography (Architecture)

I am looking for a really competent, professional, proven, friendly, local, experienced, convincing photographer to take some external and internal photos around London and South East England over a five day period at some point in the next month or two of buildings that my client (an architect/surveyor) has designed/project managed in and around London and South East England. This might entail a degree of flexibility to work as and when the weather is good, rather than on set days - plus, one might need to work at dawn and dusk to get the best light. This project is still up in the air in terms of how it is precisely going to be delivered - we might need client permission to shoot, for example, which might dictate when we can shoot. I am assuming costs to include all travel/petrol/meals - in other words, these costs have to be absorbed by you out of the total fee we agree. You will need a car. Please let me know if you are interested. I am very much prepared to be flexible on price for the right person, as I am unaware what the going rate is for a decent photographer these days. I would want free use of all images / transfer of copyright and we will retouch those required in-house - they will be used on a website and other marketing collateral, such as brochures an sales presentations.
