We need a photographer to get professional shots of our conference, speakers, delegates and also headshots of our committee on the day.
Conference will run from 9:30 - 4pm - lunch will be provided
We will want the best photos touched up for website (12-15 images) and want to keep all raw shots (jpeg format) for future so budget should reflect this.

HI. Do you need lights to be set up to take headshots or do you want them to be more natural? do you need a background? Is it to take mainly headshots or shots of the conference,
When you say raw files, what do you mean? (as raw is a something like jpgs and you want jpgs.)
