Image compression (for ecommerce site)

I have 1600 JPEG images of products that need to be compressed (reduced file size) so my web pages load faster.

I'm concerned about compromising the quality of images if the file size is reduced?

Please find attached 3 example product images.

I'm limited on budget, please stick to my budget or don't bother to reply since i would only be wasting your time.

Include the following in your proposal:

1]What software will you use (Photoshop is preferred)
2]How many days to complete the job (keeping to my budget)
3]Addressing my concern of image quality.
