I need help embedding a web page widget (or a flash vid of it) into a Powerpoint

I would like to capture the feed on part of a webpage -- it's a dashboard for a power plant in Tasmania, if you want to know -- into a Powerpoint. Alternatively, if that's not possible, I'd like to have a Flash video of 30-60 seconds of that feed made, so I can insert that little flash vid into my presentation.

Your job is done once you make a little vid and explain to me how to drop it into my slide deck.

Any chance someone could do this for me immediately? Like, within minutes?
