I need a photoshoot like the semi blurred examples in your portfolio.

Hello,
I'm looking for a photoshoot to promote an upcoming album. I'd like the same sort of semi blurred style as in your portfolio but maybe slightly more blurred around my face (I'm anonymous when releasing music). Would you be available this month in London? I might need some shots with effects on like the blur but also some clean shots of me in London but with me facing away etc (again to preserve anonymity). Sorry if that sounds massively pretentious haha, it's more itself conciseness than anything haha. I'm on a bit of a budget as I'm still a student, so is this too much to fit into an hour or two? I know nothing about photography so please excuse any stupid questions...
