I need a narrated ppt converted to video with audio

I have tried numerous times to convert a narrated ppt (on Mac) to video - it works but I lose the audio.
Ideally I'd pay for someone's time to show me what I am doing wrong, but alternatively can pay to have it done as I have another 10 to narrate and convert this week.
I cannot upload as I think file too big so if someone can also explain how best I can do that great.
