Events photography - London in the sky

We are running an event from 1st of May for 12 weeks.
The event is London in the sky, and is situated just outside the 02.

During these 12 weeks we will need someone to shoot the event both on the ground (and maybe 100ft in the air) on our sky table (we can discuss not doing that if you're not a fan of heights)

We will be having special events (such as a jazz, fitness brunch etc) and will need occasional shoot days throughout the whole 12 weeks.

We are currently looking at options for photographers, and we also want to have a few on file throughout the event.

Please can you let me know your rates for both half/full day shoots and your availability between 1st of may - 1st July.
