Event Photographer Needed this Saturday in Long Ditton, Surbiton 6pm+

In the afternoon and evening of Saturday 25th July 2015, a traditional Buddhist Lantern Floating Ceremony is taking place in Long Ditton, Surbiton.

The public, local faith leaders and VIPs will be in attendance, indulging in a delicious picnic with live music, traditional Buddhist chanting and importantly, will also have the chance to create their very own lantern, floating it across the lake in the scenic grounds. Please note, lantern floating will occur before sundown.

Photography Brief
18:00 - Arrive at Shinnyo-en Buddhist Centre
18:05 - Make way to the Temple Lounge to take images of the Interfaith Reception with local faith leaders
18:15 - Take images of Lantern making, picnicking, recorded music, visitors exploring the temple (inside and out)
19:00 - Shoot Welcome and Introduction to evening (location likely outside)
19:05 - Shoot live music performance 1: Pianist
19:10 - Shoot live music performance 2: Drummers
19:20 - Shoot live music performance 3: Violin
19:30 - Shoot live music performance 4
19:45 - Shoot Lantern Floating Ceremony & chanting
20:05 - Lantern floating ends
20:06 - Shoot 'Goreiju' chant with Representatives lantern floating
20:30 - Capture any additional images – inc. location, public reaction
21:00 - Event close/finish
