I have never used PPH and was a little apprehensive and overwhelmed by all the responses. But I eventually booked Jan to do a 1 hour shoot for my mothers 60th Birthday Party. Jan is very professional, friendly, and swift. She made the evening extra special for my mother and all her guests. I would most definitely confidently recommend Jan to anyone. She also provided us with a very stylish CD presentation holder with both black and colour prints . Amazing service . Thank you Jan.

i was surprised to find i had 16 bids for my job all looking positive but after i sent the image to Jan she got back to me within an hour with a proof which was virtually what i wanted. the picture was enhanced very delicately and subtly and after another minor adjustment which i asked for was exactly what i was hoping for.
i would be happy to recommend Jan to anyone with a similar requirement.

When you have a photographer come in to the office to take professional pictures you want the results to be great, but you also want minimal disruption and someone to take charge and make people feel relaxed.

This was a complex job and required attention to detail and patience in a potentially hostile environment. There was the need to undertake a very detailed study of a briefing sheet prior to the job being done and also address numerous communications relating to the job. The job itself was also time sensitive as to the hour it was done and also the limited time allowed to complete it.
Jan Wright fulfilled every requirement in a truly professional manner and conducted herself in a way which deserves full credit especially when under pressure at the time of the shoot. Her conduct before during and after the job was exemplary and I would not not hesitate to use her again.
