    Are you able to tell us roughly what the changes to these frames are and do you have the source files of the animation (i.e. the original animation software files) or just the MP4 movie file?

    We only have an mp4 file is that difficult to change?

    The changes we'd like to make

    1. The man at 1:22 needs to be more diverse? Possibly african american?

    2. We need to change the woman’s top at 1:47 to look more like blue scrubs

    Thanks for getting back. It's all doable - I would need to import the MP4 into my software - create new animations of new face and uniform over the top and then re-render new MP4s. Provided the new MP4s are needed at the same size and resolution then this will work. But I'd need to see your original MP4 ideally. Can you provide a link? If not, roughtly how long are the man and woman on screen for and what movement do they make. How long it takes will depend on how long each clip is and how complicated their movement. Are they fairly static or do they move around much? Do either move towards or away from the camera or behind any other objects?
