Designer / Animator needed for cartoon video (about 30 seconds)

Hi,
I need a cartoonist to create a 30-40 seconds video. The video will be simple.
It will be 3 scenes:
1) First scene: A simple character is carving a message on a tree that it will be cutted down at the end of the scene.
2) Second scene: The same character is spraying a message on a wall and another character at the end of the scene is painting the wall and the message is deleted.
3) Showing a smartphone with a textbox and a simple message is written on the textbox. After the text is written the smartphone will show a Map with red pins on it and the message of the textbox.

Consider that the sounds effects for the video should be included.
