An explainer video about 2- 3 minutes

I need an explainer video to demonstrate how I am leading our human resources function to a transformed state in order to meet our organization's mission. The audience is the Board of Directors, but I will also use the video for staff. Ideally some help with the script is preferred. The challenge is there is a lot to convey in a brief window.
If the video could be optimized for mobile platform even better. I have most of the ideas roughed out.
