An 3-4 second intro for a video

Hi there, I'm looking for a very quick 3/4 second intro for my video. I already have the backdrop and the logo that I want animated, but at 5/6 seconds is an example of what I'm looking for:

Just something where the letters are moving and quite bouncy with a swipe on/off the page. Do you think you could do this and how many hours of work would it take?
