2D Animation of Logo - Duration 5 to 15 seconds

Looking to animate the following logo

It should be around 5 to 15 seconds MAX
The animation should have a the following:
1- Hip and energetic
2- Show Media / Creativity / Marketing / Film / TV : This is what the logo is for
3- Be on Black background either 2D animation or 3D animation
4- The animation should be simple and meaningful without a lot of extra objects. You can use objects but not a lot
5- Should be HD or 4K is even better

Please send me TWO samples ONLY of your best work and an idea of what are you planning to do with the logo. PLZ NOTE that I have a very limited budget!
