We are seeking a high-level YouTube Video Editor who can support a fast-growing personal finance/credit-education brand with top-quality editing, thumbnail creation, and publishing support.

Our brand produces story-driven, educational content focused on credit repair, financial literacy, and real-life transformation. We are scaling rapidly and want an expert who understands how to turn raw footage into highly engaging videos designed to maximize watch-time, CTR, and conversions.

✅ RESPONSIBILITIES

✔ Edit long-form YouTube videos (8–20 min)
✔ Edit short-form videos
✔ Add engaging graphics, captions, transitions, b-roll & sound design
✔ Create eye-catching, high-CTR custom thumbnails
✔ Publish/upload videos into YouTube Studio
✔ Assist with titles, tags, keywords, & SEO Optimization
✔ Maintain consistent brand identity, colors, fonts & story style
✔ Create multiple variations when needed (titles/thumbnails/hooks)
✔ Work with scripts, voiceovers, and recorded A-roll content
✔ Deliver on tight deadlines (1–3 day turnaround)
✔ Provide revisions quickly and communicate proactively
