Virtual Staging Specialist for Real Estate Photos (AI or 3D)

we are looking for skilled virtual staging specialists to enhance property images using ai tools and photoshop. your role will be to transform empty rooms into beautifully staged spaces, helping clients visualize their future homes. we provide raw images, and your task is to furnish them realistically while maintaining a high standard of quality.

requirements:

proficiency in photoshop, stable diffusion, or other ai editing tools

ability to create realistic, aesthetically pleasing interiors

strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design

experience with virtual staging or related fields preferred

familiarity with ai tools such as promeai (or other stable diffusion software) is a plus

experience with 3ds max, cad, or other 3d rendering tools is beneficial but not required

payment:rate per image or per project— starting at £10 per image (you could do about 3 an hour when you are very skilled)
