Vintage photos retouching

I have 11 digital photos which I would like to be retouched. These are scans of old family photos ranging from 1890s to 1980s. I don’t have access to the original hard copy photos anymore.

I don’t want to make the photos 'perfect' as I think the imperfections give them character. Mostly they need colour, tone and light correction. Some of the photos have white spots which I want to remove. But I do want to keep things like faded borders, scratches, marks from sticking tape, etc.
