Need someone to edit powerpoint slides into an interactive video presentation using stock video (you provide) and add French and English voice over to the slides. I will give you the slides and the voice over. The video needs to look like the following:

We also need the SRT files for both languages. We want the videos to have captions as well that can be turned on/off on Youtube.
