Video Editing for new YouTube channel

I need a video editor who will assist me in completing videos for a Blockchain project. I record my laptop while I speak and the key video is the laptop presentation. However, I would need transitions and some overlays where I touch a topic. The overlays can be provided by myself and the cutout of my selfie video can also be inserted in some parts of the presentation. The video is for around 20 min.
