Video edit, Disguise step in my video (2)

I had a video made but there is just one thing I don't like, the ugly bottom step of my stairs as the door opens, it only lasts a few seconds and I want it blurred out or preferably made the same colour as the carpet, I need the video to stay in a format I can use for IG and on my website for mobiles to view.
