URGENT Photoshop Editing (adding light crack to portrait)

Hi, we urgently require the exact same type of crack and light effect as per the attached reference (statue) applied to a photograph (portrait).
The crack will divide the portrait vertically as per the sketch attached.
I will be supplying the 2 portraits in high res format (the left half, and the right half). The crack and the light coming through must look 100% realistic... it mustn't look like a fake overlay.
It needs to look like the face is cracking in half and the light is coming through. We need the layered Photoshop file on completion.
