Urgent Photo Retouching Job

I need a skilled photo retoucher to quickly retouch 2 photos for me as a quick sample. If they do them well, I have 12 more photos that need retouching.

I need high end retouching of the skin (even though there is not much skin to retouch). Skin should have texture and not be too smooth. Beard should be fixed so it looks like it was a fresh shave.
Color correction, etc so that photo looks superb however, the shadows shouldn't be removed too much. The model wants to keep an element of mystery to their face so it should be edited in such a way that shadows play a role.

Lastly, if you are able to add a black and gold theme to the final look (see sample attached), that would be awesome.

This is an urgent job so I have uploaded the money. Whoever can respond with the 2 photos already retouched well will receive the project. Please DO NOT respond without the 2 photos retouched as a sample. You may watermark the two sample edits.
