URGENT Editing + Background removal of Hand-Drawn Illustrations

I need an editor who is able to remove white and yellow background , any mess and scanner mistakes on scans of 78 hand drawn illustrations. Some of them will take you a minute to correct as they are very small and easy and some of them are a bit more complex. I would also like the editor to edit the colours and brightness to its optimum and format the images to a manageable size for layout work in a booklet

- i need Jpgs with even clean white background & pngs with transparent background of each file
- all the finger marks, smudges and see through bits need to be removed
- the colours need to be strong

- the illustrations background needs to be white (the same white as in folder #1) . I need each illustration with clean crops and central positioning of each illustration and white background in JPG and a PNG with transparent background .
- the illustration colours and light should be transferred well and not changed dramatically from original - they need to look bright and bold

- there are 2 scans of large images. There are some lines from the scanning that need to be removed as well as background needs to be clear white for the big drawing, I need a Jpg for each of the 2 large drawings and then a png witht he background clear
- i also need for each drawing on the big scrolls to be save as separate illustrations.
