Can you take the 'Terminator 2: Judgement Day' font style and give me three versions?

A)
John C (Top Line)
Scigliano (Bottom Line)

B)
John Connor (Top Line)
Scigliano (Bottom Line)

C) John Scigliano (Top Line)
Judgement B-Day (Bottom Line)

Give me each line separately so I can animate them.
(Transparency with background / alphas to import into Adobe Premiere)
Give a little 3 dimension. Maybe fill letters with some metallic? etc.
