Splitting videos into separate individual clips

I have series of videos ( between 30 and 45 mins in duration) and each video needs to be split into shorter videos ( i.e.clips) and each saved as a separate file. Each clip is separted by a simple black screen transition sequence so it is easy to split these. The files are in .mp4 and .mov format and were recorded in 1080p so I will require them to retain the same level of quality and for the clips to be named according to a filename structure which I would provide. Initially, I require approx 1250 clips to be created and saved individually. I would appreciate an estimate of what you would charge ( the £200 quoted above was just a starting point as this process may be possible via an automated batch export by markers. Otherwise, I appreciate it may be more costly, please advise) . There is scope for more clips to be created if all goes well. I will ask for an NDA to be signed as part of the process and would ask you to create a few sample clips from an example video I would send you initially.
